2. Pay
Checkout on Stripe. We never see your card. Translation starts after payment.

We translate your uploaded document and take every measure to maintain the original file type. This gives you a clean, crisp, and most importantly, a readable document for your records.
4. Email
Once our work is complete, your new file is sent to you at the email you provided. Instant is expedited (30 minutes or less). Standard is by the end of the next business day.

How we handle your files
Payments are processed by Stripe (PCI DSS Level 1). We never see or store card numbers. Documents travel over HTTPS, are used only to translate and email you, then are removed from our order storage. We DO NOT sell your files. What’s yours is yours — we respect that.
