How it works
Four steps. Pay first. The translated file is emailed to the address you enter.
1. Upload
Choose a target language. We auto-detect the source language when we can; you can also set it. Attach a PDF or Word (.docx) file up to 2 MB. The file must contain selectable text — not a photo or scan of a page.
2. Pay
Checkout is on Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Translation does not start until payment succeeds. The total is shown before you pay, including extra words over 2,500. If splitting the file into separate 2,500-word documents would cost less, we tell you before Stripe.
3. Translate
After payment, we translate the document and return the same file type. Layout is preserved as far as the original file allows. Scanned images of text cannot be read. This is AI translation: it can make mistakes. Always review the result.
4. Email
The finished file is sent to the email you provided. Instant: 30 minutes or less. Standard: by the end of the next business day. You do not need to stay on the page, but you may. No account and no app to download.
How we handle files
Documents travel over HTTPS. They are used only to translate and email you, then removed from order storage. We do not sell your files. A copy will exist in your inbox and in our sent mail because that is how email works. Privacy.
Questions
