By paying for a translation on linguaquick.com you agree to these terms.
The service
LinguaQuick provides automated AI translation of a document you upload. You receive a file by email in the same type you sent (PDF or Word), subject to the limits on the site. This is not human certified translation.
Not official or certified
Results are not certified, sworn, notarized, or official. They are not valid for court, immigration, USCIS, INM, notary, school admissions, or other government filings. AI can make mistakes. You must review the output before you rely on it.
Payment
Price is shown before you pay. Payment is processed by Stripe. Work starts after payment succeeds. Standard is emailed by the end of the next business day. Instant is emailed in 30 minutes or less when the file meets the stated limits. Extra words are charged at the rates on the pricing page.
Your file
You must have the right to upload the document. Files must be PDF or .docx, under 2 MB, with selectable text. Upload the original document, not a LinguaQuick translation. A file we already translated cannot be translated again, and that result is not a refund. We may refuse scans, photos, empty files, or files we cannot read. Layout will not always match a complex original exactly.
Refunds
If we cannot deliver a translation because the file cannot be read or the order fails on our side after a successful charge, contact us. Dissatisfaction with AI wording on a file that was delivered is not automatically a refund. Chargebacks should be a last resort; write us first. translations@linguaquick.com.
