LinguaQuick

Privacy

This describes how linguaquick.com handles the information you submit. We do not sell your files.

What we collect

Name and email you enter, the document you upload, source and target language, plan, and payment status from Stripe. We do not collect your full card number. Stripe processes the card (PCI DSS Level 1).

How we use it

To take payment, translate the file, email the result, and operate the service (including Standard delivery timing and support). Documents travel over HTTPS. They are used only for that translation and email. We do not sell files or use them for advertising.

Who else sees the file

Payment details go to Stripe. The document is processed in the United States by our translation systems to produce the new file. Instant files are emailed through Gmail. A Standard file is handed to Mailgun, which holds it until the scheduled send (by the end of the next business day) and then deletes the document. Those providers see what is required to run their service. We do not post your documents publicly.

How long we keep it

After the email is accepted for delivery, the file is removed from our order storage. A Standard file then sits at Mailgun only until that send. Email delivery means a copy exists in your inbox and in our sent mail. Stripe keeps payment records on their side according to their terms.
